It’s crucial to nurture well-rounded martial artists with technical proficiency and practical self-defense skills. In my view, being versed in jiu-jitsu and striking, can handle untrained opponents after. However, ethical considerations arise, stressing the need for character development alongside physical prowess. This perspective sheds light on the diverse advantages of BJJ training beyond the confines of sport.
